Seal Your Exotic Hardwood

For Hardwoods & Thermally Modified Woods

SEMI-TRANSPARENT TINT

Enhance Both Dark & Light Color Hardwoods with WiseCoat®

WiseCoat® Premium Hardwood Deck, Siding & Fence Sealer has a rich semi-transparent tint which helps to enhance, preserve and protect the natural beauty of your wood including protection from harmful UV rays. The additional UV blockers present in our tint help prevent wood graying as the nano-sized pigment particles penetrate deeply into the wood surface for a durable color.

As a water-based tint, WiseCoat® provides an even stain color and will not absorb unevenly into the hardwood surface. Our proprietary semi-transparent tint formula, designed specially for hardwoods will enhance the natural wood grain without masking its natural beauty or drastically changing the color of the woods surface.

Hardwoods come in varying degrees of colors, grain patterns and overall beauty aspects. South American hardwoods are noted for their rich deep natural wood color from dark to light as well as unique wood grain patterns. Some hardwoods are darker such as Ipe and Cumaru with yellow hues and others have a red hue such as the velvety red Massaranduba specie.

Garapa, Tigerwood, Teak, and Jatoba have a lighter wood color along with their own unique wood grain patterns. This is also true with American thermally modified wood such as American Ashe and others. Depending on the thermo wood manufacturer, these woods can be either dark or light due to the particular thermo modification process.

We suggest always testing wood preservative products prior to application. Call DeckWise® at 866-427-2547 to receive a sample to ensure your expected results are acceptable
