We are proud to offer you, the original purchaser, a limited lifetime warranty. Please take the time to refer to the terms and conditions for details of this warranty.
We, DeckWise® brand Deck Tile Connectors, warranty our connectors. We state that they are free of defects in workmanship and material for life in agreement with our terms. Our terms cover defects in material that result in the failure of fasteners for commercial and residential applications.
The warranty doesn’t cover damage that may occur from an installation that is not properly done, alteration, misuse, abuse, disasters and any treatment that is considered not intended use of the material. Our sole obligation, as Warrantor, is to replace the DeckWise® brand Deck Tile Connector and We have no other obligation unless it is expressly stated in this document. Our warranty will not include the cost of removing, installing, re-installing, any additional decking materials, tools. We assume no loss of use, liability for incidental or consequential damages.
If instructions are not followed, along with recommendations, requirements and warnings provided by the DeckWise® brand Deck Tile Connectors it will invalidate the warranty. DeckWise® brand Deck Tile Connectors holds the rights to investigate any claim submitted for warranty. When using this product for any and all decking applications the consumer must comply with local zoning and building codes. DeckWise® brand Deck Tile Connectors does not accept any liability or risk that may come about when using DeckWise® Ipe Clip® Fastener company, LLC products. To ensure the safety of everyone involved in projects using our products proper safety equipment and any other necessary precautions should be taken.

Write a letter that includes the following information to replace product: online warranty card (registered within 60 days of purchase) feel free to print to mail and/or fax, proof of purchase (receipt) that shows location of purchase and date, reason for return, and model number of fasteners and quantity.
