DeckWise® Ipe Clip® Hidden Deck Fasteners provides a lifetime warranty in accordance with these terms, that the parts will be free of defects in workmanship and material. This covers both material defects that result in failure of the wrench for commercial and residential applications.
This warrenty will not cover any damages that arise from improper installation, disasters, abuse, alteration, misuse and any treatment that is not in its intended manner. The warrantor’s sole obligation is to replace the DeckWise® Ipe Clip® fasteners and We do not have any further liability or obligation other than that which is directly stated in this document. This warranty is not intended to cover the cost of installation, removal, reinstallation, installation tools, decking materials, and it does not assume loss of use, liability for consequential or incidental damages.
If the instructions, recommendations, requirements, and warnings provided with DeckWise® Ipe Clip® Hidden Deck Fasteners are not followed, it will invalidate the warrenty. DeckWise® Ipe Clip® Hidden Deck Fasteners sets aside the right to review any claim of warrenty. Any decking applications that use our products are required to comply with all local zoning and building codes. DeckWise® Ipe Clip® Hidden Deck Fasteners does not accept any liability or risk that comes with the use of DeckWise® Ipe Clip® Fastener Company, LLC products. It is necessary to wear all proper safety equipment and is expected that all safety precautions are taken when all projects are taken on.

Write a letter that includes the following information to replace product: online warranty card (registered within 60 days of purchase) feel free to print to mail and/or fax, proof of purchase (receipt) that shows location of purchase and date, reason for return, and model number of fasteners and quantity.
